Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping you choose, shipping date estimates and courier may vary. Please note that some products may only be able to go with a specific courier due to size/weight etc. Therefor, some orders may go the next working day, if the courier cut off point is missed.

Returns Policy

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, providing they are unopened and in original retail packaging.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of us receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it back (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days)

For returns we ask that you contact us for an RA (returns authorisation) number. This should then be written on the outside of the packaging.
